Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga Class

Exploring the breath and being curious about body alignment is at the core of this practice.

Participants will move through poses with mindful intention, given options to modify with or without props, and be encouraged to breathe into the body, letting the breath and body influence the pose.

Hatha yoga is suitable for all participant levels, no prior experience needed.

Restore & Reset Yoga

At the heart of restorative yoga is deep rest.

This yoga class is prop heavy and strongly encouraged for all individuals who need to intentionally unplug and pause, melting away stress. Poses are held for longer periods of time, creating blissful body rejuvenation.

Restore and Reset is suitable for all participant levels, no prior experience needed.

Essential oils are periodically used to enhance the restoration experience.

Yin Yoga Class

Connect to the deeper fascial layers of the body by extending an invitation to pause in poses for 2-5 minutes with the use of props.

Practicing yin yoga will add layers of depth to your wellness by teaching you to stay present in the practice through the use of bodily sensations and how to observe the wandering mind.

This yoga class is suitable for all participant levels, no prior experience needed.

All Levels Flow Yoga

Synchronizing breath and mindfully moving the body is found in this all levels flow yoga class. You will awaken your spirit, tap into the breath, and be invited to move while playing with poses to build confidence, gain body awareness, and strengthen endurance.

Options for modifications and use of props are provided throughout class. Some prior experience is helpful, but not required. Must be comfortable moving from the floor to standing.

Fusion Flow

Fusion-style class formats incorporate strength-based practices from yoga, fitness, barre, and Mat Pilates. Mobility and intention is key as participants are encouraged to mindfully move, combine poses for strength and endurance, and are encouraged to play to the edge of their abilities.

Resistance bands, foam rollers, gertie ball, blocks, and floor slides are just some of the props you might see in this class. Fusion Flow can help you burn away stress from the day or help you start the day off right. Either way, you are stronger than you think and this class can compliment other forms of exercise.
